From Giving Up on CPAP to Sleeping Soundly
I was struggling with my sleeping, waking up not fully rested was pulling me down. It started to negatively impact my life. I went to several sleep doctors, dentists, specialists, surgeons... and I continuously struggled with the CPAP, and the doctors would just tell me, "You'll get used to it, just give it another month". Twelve months later, I gave up on the CPAP. I was completely miserable. I couldn't do it anymore.
I researched everything... from masks, breathing strips, surgical procedures, new pillows, a device to force myself to sleep on my side, and beyond... one day, I found Tierney's reels on Instagram. Slightly embarrassed, I reached out to Tierney via DM and asked for a consult. Tierney replied and scheduled our first consult. After I told Tierney my journey thus far, I think she could tell that I've tried everything possible... except physical therapy.
Tierney asked me what I was waiting for and if I had any hesitations. I was a little scared, meeting someone from Instagram - kind of felt like a blind date. However, I decided to get onboard with Tierney's Improve Sleep Quality program that same day. Tierney taught me how to deal with the anxiety that came with my bed time. Tierney's teachings helped me learn how to breathe properly from belly breathing, to stretching, to the proper placement of my tongue, and even how the intricacies of eating and drinking were impacting my sleep.
Tierney's program helps you stay accountable. Her weekly check-ins and one off messages are extremely helpful. Her expertise in addressing sleep apnea through tailored exercises and therapy techniques is unparalleled. Not only did she provide comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans, but she took the time to educate me about the root causes of my condition and how to manage it effectively. The exercises and techniques were not only effective, but also easy to integrate into my [very busy] daily routine. Within weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and overall well-being.
Thanks to Tierney, I am sleeping so much better. I've learned new ways to fall asleep faster if I wake up in the middle of the night, which now have been reduced. I've learned how breathing properly even impacts my gut. My partner says I am even snoring less! The professionalism and empathy displayed by Tierney made each week a positive experience. She listened attentively to my concerns, addressed any questions I had, and adapted my treatment plan based on my progress. I am sleeping much more sound through the night, and finally, waking up feeling refreshed. I cannot recommend her services highly enough to anyone struggling with sleep apnea. Improve Sleep Quality is really a life-changing program! 5 out of 5 stars!

Anxiety to Sleeping Peacefully
I'm excited to share with you! I honestly had never even heard of a program like Tierney's but when we started chatting I was so intrigued! I'm a mom of 3 little ones and have found sleep has been put on the back burner. I noticed over the past few years an increase in anxiety, waking up in the morning but feeling tired or as if I hadn't slept and just like I was "going through the motions". I had a discovery call with Tierney and I knew it was something I wanted to try! I knew deep down if I wanted to be the mom and wife I knew I could be that I needed to take care of myself first.
I also chatted with Tierney about some tightness in my chest and back I've had for years (that's almost non existent now e). Tierney's program is easy to follow and fit into your daily life which I really appreciate! | also feel like she knows me even though we haven't met. I was nervous about signing up for an online program because I thought it may be hard fl build a relationship but honestly Tierney has listened and gave me more advice than most doctors I've had a sit down face to face appointment with! I love her check ins, they are to the point and she always has great advice.
I feel like I'm just getting started but gosh it's been so good! I am waking up around the same time each morning on my own without feeling like I need to go back to sleep. This was one of my main goals and it's been so helpful to set the day. My anxiety is down as well!
I know for me, personally, investing in myself was hard. I feel like there's so many other places money can be spent but at the end of the day I deserve it and so does my loved ones.

Serious Health Issues to Sleep Independence
Before reaching out to Tierney, I was struggling with serious health issues due to poor sleep quality. Thankfully, people around me who had faced similar problems encouraged me to get a sleep test. I finally contacted my family doctor, went through testing, and was diagnosed with a severe case of sleep apnea. I was shocked to learn I was experiencing up to 60 breathing interruptions per hour while sleeping.
I was told I would need to use a CPAP machine for the rest of my life. As overwhelming as that sounded, the CPAP truly changed-and likely saved—my life. I'm grateful this technology exists, but it also felt like I had lost a bit of my independence. I began hoping I could somehow reverse this condition.
Not long after, I learned from a client that a local physiotherapist had helped her with similar issues. She said it had completely changed her life. Almost a year later, I had gone through the same program-and I can now say the same thing
Today, I still sleep with my CPAP most nights, because sleep quality is too important to compromise. But now, if I miss a night, it's not nearly as bad as it used to be. I barely snore anymore, and if it weren't for my environmental and animal allergies, I might not need the machine at all. I continue to do the exercises I learned, and I stretch when needed. I finally feel like I have a chance at reclaiming my independence. Thanks again Tierney, your knowledge is a godsend to all who suffer from sleeping issues.
